From Upland testing for our Pointers to water work with our Retrievers, Great Lakes Sport Dog Assn sets up scenarios that can help 'turn on' a new pup to challenging the seasoned hunter. Our tests are tailored to the canines ability level, yet urges the trainer and canine to increase its knowledge and ability in the field.
All of our tests are formal tests judged by a "standard" set up by Great Lakes Sport Dog Assn and competition is voluntary. You are welcome to run our course as a training tool without being judged.
